Running shoes, With or without? Maybe we are born to run as Christopher McDougall explain the human desire to run. it all starts from the  barefoot running trend.  a lots of runners are leaving the shoes behind and start running barefoot. even the shoes companies like Nike(free), Brooks(pure) vibram(five fingers) etc. are developing their own lite and barefoot like ideal shoe.  i purchased lately the nike free 2.0 shield and i can tell i feel very very comfortable running in them. i have been told to run short distance and go for long on each and every jog.  but christopher is recommending  jogging with no shoes at all. he go back in time when human beings have nothing to their feet and questions How did running help early humans survive?

We are the biggest sissies in the jungle
. Every other animal is stronger than we are  they have fangs, they have claws, they have nimbleness, they have speed. We think Usain Bolt is fast as Usain Bolt can get his ass kicked by a squirrel.”

One of the best ideas worth spreading Ted’s. enjoy

so as christopher had his point about the human nature running evolution we must consider the difficulties while running on roads or sidewalks and asphalt  barefooted. what about mountain running or doing it in the rain or even when it is so hot you can not even stand with out shoes. with the trend moving forward there are lots of reports noted that there has been an increase in patients coming with injuries due to running barefoot. The barefoot community has argued that this is due to people transitioning too quickly. but when no expert around 24/7 what is to quick and what is right?!

as long as there is no program or exact instructions on how to build up running bar footing i think i still be attached to my minimal running shoes
